Phenomenal Sandals

Hello, everyone! Ready for the weekend? Well, whatever your plan is, hope you'll have a good one.

Normally during the weekend I would post some recipes to share but after last week's party and the amount of cooking I did, I decided to take a break from any form of cooking this week.  Lets just say we are happy with take outs and simple sandwiches for now ;)

So this week, I thought I share with you the phenomena that we bloggers have been witnessing the past season and next (I am quite sure) - THE 'ZARA' ANKLE STRAP SANDALS!

I have seen these beauties adorning many feet of our fellow bloggers and I think personally this fabulous trend is the biggest I've seen after the arrival of skinny jeans that becomes a hit until today!  The question is do you think this trend will survive seasons to come?

I managed to compiled some similar look from other designers/labels to suit every budget. I personally prefer the look of ZARA's but they were not comfortable for me, so the hunt is still on! Hopefully I would manage to find something before the trend subsides..

What is your preference?  Are you into this shoe trend?  Do share with me your thoughts, I would love to hear them :)  Meanwhile have a great weekend and take care!

    1. I totally agree especially the clothes but I am the small group of unlucky Zara fans. I have problem with sizing especially with their fabulous jacket. I found the sleeves are too narrow for my arms and when I go one size up, the body would be big and the arms are cool! But S, your Zara shoe collection is growing as we speak! Can't wait to see you rocking them!

  10. I own the Steve Madden Realove heel and it's ridiculously sexy but soooooooooo uncomfortable.
It's definitely not a dance the night away shoe...but then, no skinny heel shoe ever really is.
That's what wedges are for ;)

  13. I love the pink Steve Madden pair so much more! I'm not a big Zara fan, precisely because as soon as something arrives on the racks, everyone and their mother have to have it :)

  14. I love Zara and I buy loads of clothes from Zara but I never buy shoes there because I need my shoes to be comfortable and I found out the ones by Zara being too "rigid" for my tastes ! They look wonderful tho and I love this trend ! Kisses

  23. I am on the fence about this style of shoe. The ankle strap can sometimes shorten the length of one's leg. I did see a pair of burgandy suede and python ankle strap pump for Fall I want but I need to try them on.

  24. I haven't worn ankle sandals in YEARS, but I'm happy that they're back in style (did they ever really leave?) because I still have so many buried in the back of my closet.

  25. Love this style of shoe. Totally sexy. I really like the 3rd image - with a little sparkle.
The Alexander Wang are beauties too.
