You are tottaly right! We can slow down the process! Everything, I think, is about education! We must educate ourselves to ear what is necessary, healthy and tasty (and not just tasty)! Well, I was bulimic (and I'm not proud of this)! But now I see how much I was wrong! The fat is the main culprit, so be aware.
